Welcome to www.hummusyall.com (the "Site"), operated by Hummus Y’all ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Site, including placing orders, signing up for communications, and interacting with our services. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Eligibility and Use of the Site

The Site is intended for general audiences. By using the Site, you represent that you are at least 13 years old and capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable law.

You agree to use the Site for lawful purposes only and not to misuse or interfere with the Site’s operation, security, or functionality.

Products and Services

Hummus Y’all offers freshly prepared food products, including hummus bowls and related items, available for order through the Site and for purchase at farmers markets and pop-up events.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify, substitute, or discontinue any product at any time without notice.

Orders and Payments

Orders placed through the Site are processed via Squarespace’s e-commerce platform and its integrated third-party payment processors.

By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, product availability, errors in pricing or descriptions, or suspected fraud.

Delivery and Pickup

Deliveries are handled in-house unless otherwise stated. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information.

For pickup orders, customers are responsible for collecting orders at the designated time and location.

Food Disclaimer and Allergies

Our products are prepared in a commercial kitchen that may handle common allergens, including but not limited to sesame, wheat, soy, nuts, and legumes.

While we take care in preparation, we cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from allergens. Customers with food allergies or sensitivities should use their best judgment before ordering and contact us with any questions.

Food products are perishable and intended for prompt consumption. Proper storage and handling after receipt are the customer’s responsibility.

Cancellations, Refunds, and Returns

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are generally final.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible at alon@hummusyall.com so we can review and address the situation at our discretion.

Email Communications

By placing an order or signing up for our mailing list, you agree to receive transactional emails related to your purchase and occasional marketing emails via Squarespace Email Campaigns. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, graphics, and branding, is the property of Hummus Y’all or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our prior written consent.
